Win A Slot On The Camden Crawl
Last year Gigwise joined forces with the Red Stripe Camden Crawl to create Indie Idle, a competition for unsigned acts with the winner going on to play a prime slot of the urban festival’s final night. It was such a success that it we have decided to bring it back for a second year!
Once again the winner of the competition will win a slot on the festival but that is not all. 
The winning act will also recieve TWO days recording at London’s Strongroom Studios and the manufacturing of 500 7” singles by Key Production.
We’re looking for groundbreaking and exciting acts, if you think that might be you listen up!
To enter all you have to do is send us your latest demo by March 16 either in MP3 format via email or on CD to Gigwise at the address below.
The best 20 demos will be put to a public vote, before the final ten will be heard live in front of an audience at the Camden Crawl itself. The final three will play a set in front of a panel, with the winning act performing on the Saturday evening!

oh bloody bloody we’ve managed to miss the cut off by two whole days! if you can find it in your hearts to consider us anyway we’ll love you lots.
we’ve just reformed after nearly two years out and we’re back with a vengeance.
we supported larrikin love, the mystery jets, the rakes, roland shanks last time round but we’re so damn on it this time it’s GONNA happen!
we’re doing the shoreditch shuffle, blissfields, and shambala festivals later this year but it would be off the wall to have our first gig back at the camden crawl!
the new tunes are pretty much along the same lines as the old although we’ve just finished two mega drum and bass style tunes, kind of twisted charm but with dirty drops! we’re recording them in three weeks so we can send you them but i’m guessing we’ll be quite far past the old cut off date by then!
i hope we’re not too late
