The Wave Pictures might only have released their debut single relatively recently, but the band formed (sort of, at least) back in 1998. Klaxons would’ve been in school back then. We’d try and think of a pop star who wasn’t born back then, but nine- or ten-year-old pop stars aren’t that common. Are they?
