Known for their unrelenting tours that has seen them play over 400 gigs since the start of 2009, Belfast’s And So I Watch You From Afar (ASIWYFA to their fans) don’t know how to take a break. Since forming, Northern Ireland’s And So I Watch You From Afar have released two ‘AND SO I WATCH YOU FROM AFAR’ and ‘GANGS’ album’s and two EP’s and several singles . They have been nominated for the XFM New Music Album of the Year for 2009, twice for Irelands Choice Music Prize in 2010 and 2012, and won the award for Best Live Band at the Northern Ireland Music Awards 2011 cementing them as one of the finest in the UK and Ireland. The band has toured consistently over the past 3 years. From appearances at SXSW, Eurosonic, Electric Picnic, Novarock, Canadian Music Fest, Popkomm, Pukkelpop, Sonisphere,Reading and Leeds Festivals. This touring has brought them to nearly all European counties as far as Eastern Europe and on to two successful tours of Russia , the Ukraine and Belarus. The band has also toured throughout the USA and has secured an American record deal with the label Sargent House Records.
