“You know it’s been a good show when the band themselves are the ones crowd surfing at the end of the show”
In 2011, Cornish lads released their first EP, ‘Fub Club’, and have been busy ever since. Their change of address to the pebbly shores of Brighton has done them good and they are now the proud parents to two EPs, (‘CRU’ and ‘Funenemployed’) and a recently released debut album ‘Chronicles of Gnarnia’. They have played a hell of a lot of gigs, hitching a ride on any tour they can get their hands on, and have amassed a substantial loyal following.Their music issaturated with hooky guitars accompanied by lead singer Thom’s gruff voice and penetrating gang vocals. The recordings aren’t perfect, but reflect the unpolished, fun-loving aura surrounding the gabble of young and carefree guys. The grisliness their name connotes is only visible in their viciously energetic live sets.
