Johnny Foreigner are an indie rock four-piece from Birmingham consisting of guitarist/lead vocalist Alexei Berrow, drummer Junior Elvis Washington Laidley, guitarist/visual artist Lewes Herriot and bassist/vocalist Kelly Southern. Formed in 2005, the original line-up self-produced and released their first EP ‘We Left You Sleeping and Gone Now’ that same year. After signing to the Best Before label in 2007, came the ‘Arcs Across The City’ EP which famously won them a perfect 10/10 review from Drowned In Sound and subsequent first album ‘Waited Up ’til It Was Light’. Before departing Best Before for their current  Alcopop! Records, Johnny Foreigner released one more album for the label ‘Grace and the Bigger Picture’. The band undertook their their first extensive North American tour in October 2010  prior to the release of their third 17-track third album ‘Johnny Foreigner vs Everything the following year. Currently, the band are touring to promote their brand new fourth album ‘You Can Do Better’ out in March.
