GAPS is Brighton based duo made up of old school friends and formerly drummers in different bands. The pair reuinted after many years to produce music together with Rached recording her vocal ideas and handing them over to Ed who would then work on the production. The resulting demos were a startlingly well well-balanced combination of electronic and organic folk sounds which couldn’t be immediately pigeon-holed.GAPS have gathered momentum since those early demos striking up a relationship with Sexbeat Records to release their first proper releases AA-side ‘Cascade’/Keep You’ which came out last summer and this year’s ‘Inside Your Head’ b/w ‘I Know It’s You’.
