Founder of Big Promo/2Rype, Thad Baron, has spent a lengthy stint working in the UK music industry as an A&R Manager at several major record labels and as a PR & plugger on high profile projects such as a national MOBO tour. He has worked with a multitude of credible urban/pop artists from Kanye West, Mark Ronson, Baby J, Skinnyman, J Dilla, Cassius Henry, Wretch 32, Dwele, T Love, Estelle, Lowkey, Maverick Sabre to name but a few. Thad also hosts a radio show on the legendary Itch FM and regular works as a club DJ. 2Rype is his management company and now a fully-fledged record label, whilst Big Promo offering artist hands on TV/Radio/Press/Online PR assistances.
